We provide general mental health services and evidence-based interventions to the community in a warm and professional environment. We also specialise in gender-affirming care and sexuality exploration.

Fabian is a warm, sincere and empathetic psychologist who undertook his training in Germany, Finland and Australia, attaining a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Dusseldorf, and a Master of Clinical Psychology at ACU in Sydney. Fabian offers therapy in both English and German.

Fabian is passionate about gender-affirming therapy with a focus on exploratory depth work, collaborative problem solving and an integrative approach to fit the client’s needs, tailoring techniques borrowed from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS). Fabian is committed to individualising his evidence-based therapy with the goal of empowering his clients to discover and affirm their true, authentic selves. Fabian’s work often focuses on enhancing the client’s ability to tolerate uncertainty, challenge unhelpful thinking patterns and work in a multi-modal framework to improve the client’s well-being. Being client-led and person-centred allows Fabian to address each client’s unique challenges with the goal of leading a wholesome, meaningful life.

Fabian previously worked at King Street Psychology Clinic in Newtown and the Gender Centre before he decided to set up his own private practice.

Fabian studied in Germany, Finland and Australia. This international experience equipped him with open-mindedness and genuine curiosity, which have become core pillars of his therapeutic relationship with his clients.
